PVC film materials are currently widely favored in China due to their obvious price advantage. There are some issues worth noting when using such materials.
The coating of PVC film materials is chemically unstable to ultraviolet radiation, so the surface layer of such materials plays a crucial role. The coating layer of PVC material largely determines the service life, self-cleaning degree, anti-aging life and material price of the material itself.
(1) The top surface of 100% PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride)+ACRYLIC (acrylic acid) material is coated with polyvinylidene fluoride, and the bottom surface of the material is coated with acrylic acid. This type of material focuses more on protecting the top surface of the material and has poorer protection for the bottom surface.
(2) 100% PVF (polyvinyl fluoride, trade name TEDLAR)+ACRYLIC (acrylic) material with polyvinyl fluoride on the top and acrylic on the bottom. This type of material focuses more on protecting the top surface of the material and has poorer protection for the bottom surface. However, due to the PVF surface layer being adhered to the surface of the film material with an adhesive, the TEDLAR film material appears harder. The other properties of TEDLAR and PVDF are similar, and in terms of usage effect, TEDLAR’s self-cleaning effect is slightly better than PVDF.
(3) 100% PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride)+100% PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) material is coated with polyvinylidene fluoride on both the top and bottom surfaces. This type of material provides proper protection for both the bottom and top surfaces of the membrane material.
(4) ACRYLIC+ACRYLIC material is coated with acrylic on both the top and bottom surfaces. This type of material does not provide proper protection for both the bottom and top surfaces of the membrane material. Single layer homogeneous and transparent structure, with wear-resistant layer from surface to bottom.
Four color two-step molding, the production process of two-step molding gives the product high density and is suitable for places with frequent use. PVC content and weak flexibility result in good wear resistance. Jiefu meets the requirements of EN649 (34-43), with wear resistance reaching K5 standard and wear resistance index reaching T level.
Disperse reflected light
Surface embossing treatment can reduce the reflection of the floor mirror and achieve a soft visual effect. Not easy to fade, the color lasts like new for a long time. According to EN20105-B02 test, the color fastness value is ≥ 6 and resistant to chemicals. Can resist most diluted acids and alkalis without damaging the floor.
