What should be noted when cutting membrane structure carports?

The cutting process is just one of the steps in the manufacturing process of a product. In this process, it is necessary to strictly plan according to the shape and size required by the user. First, a drawing is drawn, and then professional technicians operate it. Firstly, the width of the membrane material: When dividing the three-dimensional mesh during the shape analysis process, the width of the membrane material must be taken into account. Try to ensure that the membrane elements included in a piece of membrane cloth are intact, otherwise interpolation calculation is required to determine the position of the boundary points of the membrane block.

Next is the surface curvature: If the curvature of adjacent units differs greatly, it indicates that the surface is severely distorted at this location. If the cutting seam is not cut and restarted at this point, the boundary of the cutting film block will have a large arc shape at this location. The approximate direction of the geodesic can be determined from the trend of curvature changes in adjacent units. Next is the direction of the boundary: If the boundary is relatively straight, it can be considered to use the long side of a membrane block as this boundary. Otherwise, only the short edges of multiple membrane blocks can be spliced together to form this boundary.

Initially, it was about aesthetics: due to the transparency of the membrane material, the weld seams can be clearly seen in the actual structure, so the arrangement of cutting seams must be regular and reasonable, preferably forming some beautiful patterns to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the membrane structure. If there are pressure cables or spine cables on the surface of the membrane, it is very convenient for the cutting seam to coincide with the pressure cables or spine cables, so that the cables do not disrupt the pattern arrangement of the weld seam.
